ADAMS COUNTY MANOR is a state-of-the-art, skilled nursing facility located in
West Union, Ohio, specializing in Rehabilitation and Wound Care. We currently offer
10 private resident rooms and 32 semi-private rooms each with an adjoining bathroom.

Our facility is divided into four sections: Main Building, North Wing, South Wing and East Wing. The Main Building has been apart of Adams County since 1859 with its construction as the county home. Without disrupting its historical past, this section was renovated in 2006 becoming several private family lounges and administrative offices. We also at this time added the North and South wings that consist of private and semi-private residents’ rooms. In 2008, we completed our biggest addition with the East Wing, adding to the facility an in-house therapy room, our main dining area and additional residents’ rooms.

We feel these renovations are just a few examples of how committed we are to provide state-of-the-art care to our residents.
