Heritage Square meets the needs of retired persons who seek the benefits of a secure residence and do not choose to live alone anymore. You may enjoy the comfort of a private room, or if companionship is what you desire, you may share a room with a compatible resident. You need not worry about a long term contract. All of our services are on a month to month basis. If you just need a respite stay, or your family needs some time off, we also offer day care services, or overnight stays. You will only pay for the time you are in the facility.

Nursing Services

Heritage Square has a nurse on staff as well as 24-Hour staff attendants, assuring residents of medical assistance day or night.

All Heritage Square staff are certified in first aid and CPR

Staff member also assist with the ordering of medications, personal care needs and activities of daily living.

To ensure safety, Heritage Square Staff Members monitor all medicines unless a Physician suggests medicines be kept at the Resident's bedside.

In addition, call light systems are in every Resident's Room, with an Emergency call system in the Resident's Bathroom. All signals ring into the nurse's station.

When a signal is received from a Resident's Room to provide help, instead of merely responding by intercom.
