Riverside Country Care is now accepting applications for our Medicaid waiver assisted living program.
This is a wonderful opportunity for folks who are independent or need some assistance to live in a lovely home like environment and postpone or even prevent nursing home placement.
We accept applicants directly from their homes or from nursing homes. We have already transferred some of our nursing home folks to the assisted living facility. The transition has been very successful. These residents experience more independence, have lovely private rooms, and are much happier in an environment that is better suited to their needs.
Included in the Medicaid waiver program at Riverside Country Care:
