Welcome to the Riverside Manor web site. Riverside Manor is a well established, locally owned and operated 100 bed skilled facility. We are license by the State of Ohio and certified by both Medicare and Medicaid programs. Our facility prides itself on being the recipients of "The Buckeye Award" for the last twelve years. This honor is given for outstanding resident care by the Ohio Health Care Association. The Professional Nursing Staff of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and State Tested Nurse Aides, provide the technical and the every day personal care that each and every one of our residents require.
Our Activity Staff provides structured individual and group activities for leisure and recreation as well as, mental stimulation. Our Physical Therapy Department develops an individual plan for each resident to regain strength and mobility. Independence is the focus of our Rehabilitation Team. The Occupational Therapy Department fine tunes motor skills in restoring personal daily routine. In addition, Speech Therapy is available to aid in rehabilitation needs of our residents. Social Services provides supportive counseling to residents and their families. Discharge planning is conducted for a smooth transition to home. Our Dietary Department, directed by a registered dietitian, and managed by a dietary supervisor, tailors each resident's meal according to their dietary needs.
