Easily accessible from I-70, I-675 and I-75, our beautifully decorated senior living community offers 89 spacious apartments on one floor. Here our residents – in many cases, with their pets – enjoy retirement living. Yet a helping hand from our warm, caring staff is always close by.

Our common areas – including our lovely dining room, library and sitting areas with fireplaces – give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including crafts, games and off-site excursions. While Summerville at Fox Run is in a rural area, it’s close to everything going on in Fairborn, with its small town appeal and big town amenities. In addition, our community is located close to several hospitals, including Springfield Regional Medical Center, MVH and Kettering Hospital. A nursing home rehabilitation center is also near by if ever needed.

If you are living on your own, you can also choose to spend the day with us. Our in-house senior day care offers health services tailored to your needs to help you maintain your independence. At the same time, you’ll meet new people and enjoy meaningful activities that enrich your life, including shopping outings, live entertainment, educational programs, games and much more.
