Our skilled nursing home and assisted living center provides long-term care and rehabilitation services in a professional and compassionate setting. Our care plans are created to address the medically complex needs of our residents, while promoting quality of life and the highest levels of independence possible. Elder care at The Convalarium addresses all aspects of a person's life. Our goal is to create a human habitat filled with activity and contact with children, plants and animals where residents can remain fully engaged with the world at large.

At the Convalarium at Indian Run our care plans are created to address the medically
complex needs of our residents, while promoting the highest possible quality of life and
level of function. Our professional staff, led by our Medical Director, consists of
attending physicians, physical, occupational and speech therapists, nursing staff, Activities
Director, care plan coordinators and social workers. Specialty medical services are also
provided on-site as needed.
