The Gardens at Celina Nursing and Assisted Living Center provides skilled nursing, rehabilitation and assisted living services to families in Celina , Ohio and surrounding communities including the Grand Lake area. The Gardens at Celina is a Medicare Medicaid certified skilled nursing facility providing the highest levels of care and comfort.
