The Hilty Home Assisted Living Apartments are located in the gently rolling countryside west of Pandora. The Pandora community, although small, has much to offer. The Pandora Medical Center, located adjacent to the Hilty Home is staffed by five medical doctors and a doctor of optometry. A dental practice is located within the village itself. A bank, grocery, restaurant, library, drugstore, post office and service station are located in the business district. More services and businesses are located throughout the town and outlying areas. The village is home to a number of churches of several denominations. The Hilty complex is situated above the Riley Creek and the Pandora Village Park. The beautifully landscaped grounds offer a half-mile walking path, a shelter house, and several gazebos. We encourage family and friends of our tenants to take full advantage of this peaceful setting when visiting.

Single & Double Apartments

Assisted Living is a fun place to live. The residents here enjoy their own private apartments with friends close by. The staff take care of the “work” around the place and the resident is left with the enjoyment of life.

Each apartment consists of living room/bedroom combination, a kitchenette, and a large private bath equipped with grab bars, an emergency call light and a walk-in shower. Of the fifteen apartments, nine are singles and six are doubles. Rental is on a month-to-month basis with no lease agreement required. A security deposit will reserve an apartment.

New Horizons Assisted Living

Hilty Memorial Home also offers an assisted living unit for those with memory impairment and in need of extra reminders. This unit is called New Horizons and is a seven private bed unit with private bathrooms with showers. New Horizons is designed as a small family unit where residents have a sunroom and country kitchen that they share. This unit also has access to an enclosed courtyard with a gazebo and picnic table. Residents in New Horizons receive assistance with personal care and medication assistance included in the daily rate, as well as all the provided services offered in assisted living.

Financial Assistance
