The Laurels

The Laurels of Shane Hill is nestled in a safe, comfortable, home-like environment. Our quiet country surroundings with a beautiful landscape provides a perfect setting for quiet time and social activity. Ample parking is available for family and friends.

Rehabilitation

The professional staff at The Laurels of Shane Hill can assist you in your transition from hospital to home. With our individualized rehabilitation programs, we specialize in helping you regain physical independence after your stay in the hospital. We work with your physician to design a personal “care plan” to help you achieve the fullest recovery possible and, when appropriate, return home.

Skilled Nursing

Should you require an extended or short-term stay, we provide the most advanced medical care available outside of a hospital. We offer 24-hour skilled nursing care and around-the-clock admissions. We work with our guests, as well as their families, physicians and social workers, to assure continuity of care. Our short-term stay services include rehabilitation, respite and hospice care.

As our guest, you are welcome to make our home your home. We offer crafts, cooking classes, celebrations, community outings, quilt shows, games and movies for your enjoyment. Church services are also available. We feature an annual Easter egg hunt, an ice cream social, a mother/daughter tea, a grandparent’s day celebration and much more. It’s all part of The Laurel Way of Caring.
